1972 Chevelle Convertible

Factory big block 1972 U-code convertible, with the original numbers matching 402 engine, cowl induction hood, 700R4 transmission, factory tach and gauges, factory A/C that blows cold, lighting package, AM-FM 8 track Stereo, and tilt column. The convertible was painted and NOS quarter panels were installed 2 to 3 years prior to us purchasing it. We have owned it 7 years, and have stored it in a climate controlled building. I have photo copies of the original title and most of the mechanical receipts from 1980 to present. The convertible looks and drives great and will give you many enjoyable years of driving pleasure.

- Interior: Code 713 A51 Dark Green Buckets Seats newly recovered with PUI covers and new seat foam. New carpet installed, and the factory AM-FM 8 track Stereo was
removed and a Custom Auto Sound AM-FM Cassette with 10 disk CD changer
was installed. (8 track comes with the vehicle)
- Top: New, professionally installed along with new cable, new guides, and new rear
glass.
- Engine: T0209CLB Original 402 CID Quadrajet carburetor.
- Transmission: Originally a turbo 400 now a 700R4
- Differential: Original 2.73 now 3.42 on original 2 series carrier with a ring spacer.
- Exhaust: Factory Manifolds with JetHot ceramic grey coating, Flowmaster 70 series
mufflers.
- Tires and wheels: Five factory wheels with four NOS rings and center caps. Five
reproduction F-70 Goodyear Polyglass GT tires.
