Rotisserie use

I got a good deal last weekend on a rotisserie and I mounted my 70 chevelle hard top on it. I thought it would be easier to replace my wider inner tub with the car on the rotisserie.

After doing some research it's seems like I need to put the car back n the frame before doing any metal work. I have to replace the driver's side inner tub, driver's side front floor pan, and the upper cowl, should this all be done while the car is on the frame?

Thanks, just double checking, will it be OK to cut out the inner tub and surrounding floor for my wider inner tub while the car is on the rotisserie and then put it back on the frame for final fitment and welding.

I did everything on a rotisserie, floors, quarters, trunk pan, you name it! Before I cut the car up, I built a "truss" coming off floor braces and bolted to trunk pan. Guess what, it fit back on frame perfectly.

Yeah I've already replaced the quarters and trunk pan, and passenger wheel housing. while it was on the frame on new mounts, I thought it would be easier to do the rest on the rotisserie, especially the driver's inner wheel housing. But I'm going to be safe and bolt it back down to the frame.
